Rumble clip maker

This Rumble clip maker takes a long video and finds the parts that stand on their own. Paste a Rumble link and we watch the whole show or stream, then hand back vertical clips with captions burned in, ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

Rumble links are on paid plans, from $19 a month, starting with a 7-day free trial and no card. If you have the video as a file, uploading it is free: 60 minutes of source a month, up to 9 clips.

Rumble Studio's clipping tool, and what it leaves to you

Rumble has its own tool. In Rumble Studio you open your last live stream, click the scissor icon, mark a section of up to 180 seconds on the timeline, choose landscape or portrait, with a split screen option in portrait, then publish or download it (Rumble's help page, dated 06-05-2026). For a section you have already found in your own stream, that does the job for free.

What it leaves to you is the finding. On a two hour show that means listening back or keeping notes as you go. We take that part: we read the transcript, watch the faces and pick the moments, then frame and caption each one. Rumble's page does not mention captions, and on a talk show the words are the whole clip.

Talk needs different handling from gameplay

Rumble is full of long talk: shows, commentary, interviews, a host at a desk. There the clip is the sentence, not the play. Full gives the speaker the whole frame, and Split is there when the show has a corner cam or a screen share beside the host. Pick from 34 caption themes, from plain ones for a serious show to louder ones for everything else.

A story gets room too. Most clips run under a minute, and a moment that needs its setup can go to 90 seconds rather than being chopped short.

How to clip a Rumble video

  1. Step 1

    Open the video itself

Go to the video page, not the channel page, and copy the address. It starts rumble.com/v and usually has the title after the id. Copy all of it.

  2. Step 2

Paste it on our home page

Channel pages are hit and miss on Rumble, so link the video. Embed links are not accepted.

  3. Step 3

    Start the trial

A free account needs the 7-day trial before a link will run. There is no card to enter.

  4. Step 4

Pick how many and a look

One clip, three variants, six, or Max. For a talk show, try Full with a quieter caption theme.

  5. Step 5

    Download and post

Finished clips land in your library. Post them wherever you like, including back on Rumble.

Limits on Rumble in particular

Who this suits

Hosts and commentators who publish long shows on Rumble and want to reach people on short platforms without hiring an editor. Producers who cut clips for a show, with the host's say-so: our terms ask you to hold the rights to what you submit. If you also go live elsewhere, the Kick clip maker and Twitch clip maker work from the same account.

If you already know the exact in and out points, Rumble's tool or an editor will be more direct.

Plans for Rumble links

Rumble clipping questions

Is there a free Rumble clip maker?

Only for files. Uploading your own copy is free: 60 minutes of source a month, up to 9 clips, at 720p with a small viewers.gg mark, kept for 30 days. A Rumble link needs a paid plan, which starts with a 7-day free trial and no card.

Which Rumble links work?

A video page link: rumble.com/v<id>, with or without the title after the id. Embed links do not work and channel pages are unreliable.

What if Rumble blocks the download?

You will see a message saying so. Minutes are only charged once we start on the video, so a failed pull costs you nothing. Upload the file instead.

Can I clip a Rumble Premium video?

Not by link, because we can only reach what a logged-out viewer can watch. If the show is yours, upload the file.

Do you publish back to my Rumble channel?

No. We hand you the files and you post them. Nothing on any plan publishes to your accounts.
